Shipping Destinations
We ship within Europe, including the United Kingdom.
Processing Time

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and VAT
For deliveries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and additional charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays

Returned items must be unused, complete, and preferably returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Shipping damage or product defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and supported by clear photographic evidence.
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Warranty
In addition to statutory consumer rights, Spider Holster provides a 24-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- improper use
- accidents or drops
- normal wear and tear
- unauthorized modifications
- improper installation
The warranty applies solely to the purchased product itself and does not cover consequential or indirect damages to cameras, lenses, accessories, or other equipment. For more information, contact us.
